50 – The Shining 2

In this week’s season finale, Tam retells one of his abandoned pitches: an adaptation of ‘Doctor Sleep’, Stephen King’s 2013 ‘The Shining’ sequel novel.

Wumi learns about the Psychic life of Danny Torrence, Deeby can’t stop referencing The Simpsons, and Tam really doesn’t want his pitch to turn into a Superhero film.

44 – One Punch Man

This week we’re joined again by HenryOMaestro as Wumi pitches a live-action adaptation of one of the popular webcomic-turned-anime: One Punch Man.

Henry’s the anime expert, Deeby’s a recent convert, Tam’s out of the loop and Wumi tries to cast appropriately.

27 – Bring Me the Head of Paul McCartney

Tam takes a Magical Mystery Tour to 1969 in his Beatles-inspired pitch. With A Little Help From his friends – including guest Barney – Tam pitches a trueish story about an Abbey Road billboard on the Sunset Strip.

Barney’s got a Ticket to Ride, Deeby’s In The Sky With Diamonds, Wumi want to Hold Your Hand and Tam can’t think of another pun and needs some Help!

19 – 1080° Snowboarding

It’s GAMER MONTH! Every pitch this month is games-related, and Tam starts off with the obscure Nintendo64 classic, 1080 Snowboarding. Tam can’t do basic maths, Wumi reveals his Indie-kid past, and Deeby wants to breakdance on a board.

12 – Once Upon a Pocahontas

Friend of the show (and ‘Once Upon a Time’ fan) Henry joins Wumi and Deeby to pitch his own dark take on Disney’s Native American princess. Henry Brings Pocahontas to Britain, Wumi wants some Disney/Marvel synergy and Deeby eagerly awaits Pocahontas’ Crowning Moment of Awesome.

11 – The Boondocks

Wumi pitches a feature-length film for the animated show ‘The Boondocks’. Deeby talks about the N-word, Wumi tries not to mention it, and a third thing probably happens.

02 – Avatar: The Last Airbender

Wumi tries his first ever pitch in this week’s episode. Adeeb doesn’t care about special effects, Wumi unbends the racebending issue, and Tam is just unhappy he had to watch M. Night Shyamalan’s version.
